The 10AM Revenue Studio
The 10AM Revenue Studio is a hands-on, build-with-you programme for early-stage and scaling B2B companies that already have product–market fit but lack a predictable revenue engine.
No theory, no templates, no automation-first shortcuts.
In the Studio, we work directly with founders and commercial teams to design and install a complete sales foundation:
• a precise ICP that guides every decision
• messaging that resonates in your market
• a structured outbound motion built on context, not volume
• a sales process your team can run consistently
• a pipeline that moves, measures and forecasts
You leave the Studio with a system, not a slide deck. A revenue engine that works beyond the founder, scales with your stage, and creates predictable growth.

At 10AM, we help niche B2B companies grow through smart growth strategies. We’re expanding and building a long-term freelance pool of young, ambitious Dutch-speaking talent who want to get real experience in sales, growth, and operations.
✅ Open Roles (Junior-Friendly)
We're hiring for four freelance roles, no deep experience needed, just sharp thinking and strong communication:
• Junior SDR (Sales Development)
Write and send cold emails, follow up, and help book meetings for cool B2B companies.
• Cold Email Assistant
Support with testing email variations, keeping inboxes clean, and improving deliverability.
• List Builder / Research Assistant
Build targeted prospect lists based on a clear ICP (ideal for people who love structure + detail).
• Virtual Assistant (VA)
Help with CRM updates, lead entry, small operational tasks, and keeping processes running smoothly.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Native-level Dutch (writing + speaking)
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or admin, or strong student project experience
- Curious, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable picking up new tools fast (Clay, Apollo, Lusha etc...we train you)
💸 Pay & Commitment
- Commission-based
- Monthly or per-project payments
- Flexible workload: 5–25 hours/week, depending on what you want
